Our very own Regan Mcintosh, Front Desk & Guest Services Executive, has been awarded the Welcome Trophy 2024 from Relais & Châteaux, recognised for her enduring warmth & hospitality
It is with heartfelt pride to announce Regan, our Front Desk & Guest Services Executive, has been awarded the Welcome Trophy 2024 by Relais & Châteaux. Relais & Châteaux is an association of individually owned and operated luxury hotels and restaurants in over 68 countries. Regan was chosen out of 580 member hotels around the globe.
These trophies have been a long-time tradition within the association to celebrate the passion for the wonderful craft of hospitality and the unwavering commitment which embodies Relais & Châteaux. They are awarded to those who strive for perfection, and in her six years at Calabash, Regan has exemplified just that. She regularly goes the extra mile for hotel guests, performing concierge services over and above what is expected; from purchasing small gifts, or searching for items they request on her days off, there is nothing that is too much much trouble for her.
Regan is a true example of a heart of gold. We’re thrilled she has won this award, to reward her for a lifetime of kindness and putting others first. She really is hospitality personified.
