Rates:
Rates: Are in U.S. dollars and based on double occupancy for accommodation and breakfast per day. 10% service charge & 8% government tax must be added to accommodation rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Meal Plans:
Our breakfast plan includes our unique à la carte breakfasts prepared by your personal maid and served on your patio or balcony each morning; a welcome cocktail; fruit plate or fruit punch served on the beach each morning; afternoon tea served daily in the main bar; evening cocktail canapés delivered to all suites; weekly managers cocktail party; water sports; green fees at Grenada Golf Club and wireless internet facilities.
Our half board basis includes all the above features but with the added bonus of dinner at The Rhodes Restaurant. Dinner can be exchanged for lunch at Jeffersons Beach Bar if you prefer.
Meal Supplements:
Meals: Adult dinner supplement in our Rhodes Restaurant US$65.00; Christmas night & New Years Eve US$120.00. Children under 12 breakfast US$20.00; dinner US$35.00; Christmas night & New Years Eve US60.00. Children under 6 (max 2) eat free from our childrens dinner menu, when 2 adults book dinner supplement for the duration of their stay. 10% service and 8% government tax must be added to all F & B and incidental items accounts.
Children:
We are pleased to welcome children all year round, but over the period of 15th January to 15th March 2008 we kindly ask that children be over 12 years of age.
There will be no accommodation charge for children 16 and under when sharing with parents. Dinner for children under 6 is served in The Rhodes Restaurant between 6.00 and 7.00 pm. We also offer a babysitting service for your convenience.
Minimum Stay:
10 nights at Christmas & New Year and 7 nights 15th January to 15th March.
Deposits:
For winter reservations a 7 night deposit or 50% of total booking is required. For summer reservations a 3 night deposit of total booking is required.
Cancellation Policy:
For direct bookings the deposit for the package booked will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival in winter seasons or 15 days in summer.
Closure 2008:
Calabash will close on Tue 1st September and reopen on Thursday 9th October.
